- USPS Standard Shipping with an approximate delivery time of 4-6 business days
- DHL Express Shipping – with an approximate delivery time of 2-3 business days
- After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.
- Generally, orders are dispatched the following business day after the order is confirmed, however, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch.
- Depending on the shipping service you have selected, after dispatch, your order will arrive within 2-6 business days.
- Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.

- Parcels that are shipped locally within the USA and Canada do not incur customs duties.
- Mahal Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
- We accept unworn items bought from mahalswim.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Return shipping is at customer expense. Please note sale items are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are stained.Once we receive and approve your returned items, you will receive an email with a personalized code for store credit.
- Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. All items marked as final sale, or with a Discount Code that have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange to store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please feel free to reach out to us for questions and/or review our size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.

- Simply submit your return request with the email provided and you will receive an email with a return/exchange form and shipping label. ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE AT CUSTOMER EXPENSE. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Fill out the return/exchange form, place it in package with item(s) and use the shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive your exchange or store credit within 5-10 business days.
